The service

SchemaPilot is a Webflow Hybrid App (Data Client + Designer Extension) for generating schema.org JSON-LD structured data and SEO-related metadata and saving them to Webflow sites you authorize, using official Webflow Data API v2 and Designer APIs (including ID tokens for session continuity). The primary product UI is intended to open from Webflow Designer → Apps. This website provides product information, documentation, legal pages, and a license dashboard.

Custom Code: Static pages receive JSON-LD via registered inline scripts (Custom Code API). CMS items store JSON-LD in fields you select; a one-time Collection template Embed is your responsibility (see Support). Live visitor pages do not need to call our API on each load. You must review generated output before publish.

Features may change or be discontinued. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or search engine rich results.

Relationship with Webflow

SchemaPilot is an independent developer. Webflow® is a trademark of Webflow, Inc. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Webflow except as a Marketplace app publisher.

Your use of Webflow is governed by Webflow’s terms and privacy policy. Our access is limited to OAuth scopes you approve and the Webflow Developer Terms of Service. We follow Webflow Marketplace Guidelines, including data safety, official APIs only, and uninstall cleanup guidance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and have authority to bind the organization that owns the Webflow workspace and/or pays for licenses.

Webflow account & authorization

• You need a valid Webflow account and permission to edit connected sites.
• You grant access only within OAuth scopes shown at consent (sites, pages, custom code, CMS, authorized user read).
• You are responsible for securing your Webflow and Dashboard accounts.
• You may revoke the App in Webflow workspace or Apps & integrations settings at any time.
• You may Disconnect in the App to end the current session; cleanup of app-registered custom code may continue in the background while OAuth remains valid.
• You agree not to misuse Webflow APIs or exceed approved scopes. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
• We do not collect password or authentication fields from your site forms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass our or Webflow’s security
• Reverse engineer the App except where law permits
• Distribute malware, spam, or misleading schema intended to deceive users or search engines
• Imply endorsement by Webflow or SchemaPilot beyond accurate Marketplace status
• Resell, share, or hard-code license keys in ways that evade plan limits or multi-site binding rules

We may suspend access for violations or risk to the service or others.

AI-generated content

AI-assisted output is a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing accuracy, legal compliance, and suitability before publishing schema or metadata. We do not guarantee rich results, rankings, or traffic outcomes.

Your content

You retain ownership of your Webflow content. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the App. We do not claim ownership of your sites or customer lists.

Fees, plans & licenses

Transparent pricing (Webflow Marketplace monetization guidelines):

• Free tier: Install from Marketplace; free Dashboard account issues a free license key that allows limited page editing (typically 5 pages) and limited monthly AI generates, as shown on the Dashboard and Plans page.
• Pro plans: Paid monthly or yearly licenses (prices in INR on Plans) unlock higher page and AI limits for the license period.
• Checkout: Payments are processed by Razorpay. Licenses unlock after successful payment verification (and/or webhook confirmation).
• License keys: Non-transferable between Dashboard accounts unless we allow it. After first activation with a Webflow site ID, a key may bind to that single site.
• No ads: The App does not display third-party advertising.
• Refunds: Unless required by law or we state otherwise for a specific offer, paid fees are non-refundable once a license is issued. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for billing errors.
• Changes: We may change plan prices for new purchases; active prepaid periods generally continue until expiry shown on your Dashboard.
• Fair use: We may apply rate limits to protect stability even within stated quotas if abuse is detected.

Dashboard accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

Intellectual property

The App, branding, and documentation are owned by SchemaPilot / Appsrow or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for authorized Webflow workspaces while these Terms apply and your license entitlements remain valid.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND DASHBOARD ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT SEARCH RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, REVENUE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEMAPILOT / APPSROW AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SchemaPilot / Appsrow against claims arising from your use of the App, your content, published schema, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination & uninstall

You may stop using the App by Disconnect, revoking Webflow authorization, removing the App, or deleting your Dashboard account (subject to residual legal retention). We may suspend or terminate for abuse or legal risk. Surviving provisions (liability, indemnity, governing law, fees already due) continue.

Site cleanup: Use Disconnect before uninstall so registered scripts and related app SEO fields can be removed while OAuth is valid. Manual CMS Embeds may remain until you edit the template. Webflow may also strip app-registered scripts on the next Publish after revoke. Details: Support - Uninstall.

Changes

We may update these Terms on this page. Material changes for paid users may be communicated by email or Dashboard notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
